I choose to share my passion and purpose through artistry because I was created to create.

A multidisciplinary artist and multi-sport athlete in my youth, I was inspired to return to my roots after exhaustion struck in adulthood. Recognizing that I had drifted from my creative goals and life values, I shifted ways of thinking, feeling and being, rebuilt skillsets and routines, and got back to what was real and meaningful to me.

This led to one of the most transformative and expressive periods of my life. From writing and painting to photography and design, homemaking to entrepreneurship, nurturing myself led to profound growth and creativity. Through these unique experiences I found renewed confidence and discovered new passions. Everything changed from the inside out.

The extent of my experience and development has led me here - and, it hasn’t come without significant obstacles. There have been chapters of instability and hardship, along with multiple starts and stops, uncertainty and criticism, and learnings, lessons and redirects.

My desire to create and collaborate endures, and my artistry is really about honouring my connection to something greater. My hope is that it resonates with you in a meaningful way and encourages you to create and collaborate with passion and purpose.
